MAYORESS RITA BARBERÁ MET THE AMBASSADOR OF AUSTRIA IN SPAIN, RUDOLF LENNKH

The Mayoress of Valencia, Rita Barberá, received the Ambassador of Austria in Spain, Rudolf Lennkh, in the City Council. Rudolf Lennkh, the diplomatic representative in our country since 2009 is on a visit to Valencia for meetings with the main representatives of politics and the economy in Valencia.
Rita Barbera presided over this meeting, in which both representatives dealt with economic and cultural relations between Valencia and Austria and expressed their clear desire to explore all avenues to strengthen ties between our city and the central European country.
Before becoming the representative of Austria in Spain, Rudolf Lennkh had diplomatic posts in the Republic of Serbia, the USA, the Ivory Coast, Argentina and Mexico. On his arrival at the City Hall, the ambassador signed in the Golden Book of the City, and received the book "Vivir Living Valencia", published by the Municipal Publications Service, as well as the traditional ceramics Faytanar inkstand.
Lennkh praised the development experienced by Valencia in recent years, which has placed the city among the top European cities in planning and future projects. He also appreciated the spirit of cooperation expressed by the Mayoress during the meeting.
